* Purpose:

** The Coordinator
- Programing & Licensing is multifunctional. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Programming, Contract Management, Calendar Management and maintaining clear, direct communication with all Licensees. A successful candidate will have collaboration skills and is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in an ever-changing environment. He/she must be able to motivate staff to produce quality work within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.

* Essential Functions:

*** Acts as a secondary point of contact for licensee events.
* Manage the master calendar for the organization and is responsible for ensuring the calendar is up to date at all times.
* Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple incoming tasks from multiple sources and formats.
* Assist in writing or reviewing all estimates and/or deal memos for all Dayton Live events.
* Responsible for coordinating all payments to shows.
* Responsible for reporting licensee show expenses, and budgeting.
* Proactively coordinate the licensing process, which includes issuing all license agreements and ensuring full compliance with license agreements and other requirements.
* Act as a key liaison with Dayton Live departments and licensees to coordinate program sand production meetings
* Invoice and collect all fees resulting from licensee performances in collaboration with the Manager - Programming & Licensing## Qualifications

* Education & Experience:

*** Bachelor’s Degree-preferred
* 1-3 years of experience of licensing within an entertainment environment a plus.
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with Licensees, peers, leads, management, and general public.
* Must conduct duties in a positive, professional manner and maintain customer service initiatives.
* Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personalities and successfully work with all levels of the organization.
