- • Provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers using guidance, knowledge, and a winning attitude
- • Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry, safely picking products, and safely loading customer vehicles
- • Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty
- • Adapt communication style for email, phone, and in-person audiences
- • Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products
- • Prepare customer backorders and put away received stock
- • Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment
- • Perform inventory counts
- • Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities
- • Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain branch appearance standards
- • Follow safety guidelines and process standards, including use of personal protective equipment
- • Report to the Store Manager

- Safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
- Learn and operate powered industrial equipment
- Learn and navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities
- Agree to safety guidelines and comply with process standards, including wearing personal protective equipment

Proficient in navigating computer systems for both customer-facing and warehouse activities while maintaining branch appearance standards.
