Program Control​/Budget Analyst; Junior Security Clearance

Position: Program Control/Budget Analyst (Junior) with Security Clearance
COLSA is seeking a detail-oriented Program Control Analyst to support financial planning, execution, and reporting for contracts managed out of our Dayton, Ohio office. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Performs program set-up, planning and control
* Participates in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses
* Participates in preparing estimates and cost proposals
* Prepares contract work authorizations
* Performs cost and schedule variance analysis and provides resulting recommendations
* Prepares manpower and non-labor forecasts and assists in resource planning

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 3 years related experience in budgeting, financial analysis, program control, or related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
* Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and variances
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* U.S. Citizenship required;
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.

Preferred Qualifications
* Understanding of government contract funding and financial management processes
* Experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts
* Experience with contract types such as Cost-Plus, T&M, and Firm Fixed Price
* Experience supporting Program Managers directly
