Our client is a growing organization within the manufacturing and distribution sector, serving customers across both domestic and international markets. They are seeking an experienced Controller to join their team and support the company’s next phase of growth.

The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the organization. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic financial insights and support key business initiatives.

• Lead the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and processes to strengthen operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and ongoing forecasting efforts across departments.
• Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Stay current on relevant regulations, industry practices, and financial management trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Controller or financial leader, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or a related operational environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
