What You'll Be Doing

• Lead full-cycle accounting:
  Oversee month-end and year-end close, prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, and ensure timely, accurate reconciliations
• Manage manufacturing accounting:
  Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, WIP, and BOM accuracy
• Strengthen controls & compliance:
  Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Oversee core operations:
  Supervise AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• Drive budgeting and forecasting:
  Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and margin analysis to support pricing, capacity, and cost-control decisions
• Support financial strategy:
  Partner with leadership to improve reporting, optimize processes, support capital projects, and enhance ERP utilization
• Mentor and collaborate:
  Lead and develop accounting staff while partnering with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus)
• Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience strongly preferred
• Solid background in cost accounting, inventory, and financial reporting
• Experience supervising accounting teams or senior accountants
• Practical, business-minded leader who communicates well with both finance and operations
