• Collects documentation from borrowers
• Work closely with processors and underwriters
• Assists borrowers with completing loan applications when loan officer is unavailable
• Give status updates to all parties involved

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some mortgage lending experience and/or customer service
• Organized and dependable
• Analytical and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Verbal and Written Communication
• Self-Motivated
• Team Player
