Healthcare Banking Program Manager

Civista Bank is seeking a Healthcare Banking Program Manager to lead the growth of our healthcare-focused portfolio. In this role, you will design and manage banking programs for medical practices, clinics, and healthcare organizations, delivering tailored deposit, lending, and treasury solutions. You will build and deepen client relationships, guide internal teams on healthcare finance needs, and monitor portfolio performance and risk.
