Local Mortgage Loan Originator - Training & Growth Path

A-Z Lending is expanding and is looking for a motivated, local Mortgage Loan Originator who is ready to grow their career in the industry. This is a great opportunity for someone newer to lending who wants hands-on support, real training, and a clear path to long-term success.

You’ll work directly with our leadership and operations team to build your pipeline, learn the business, and establish yourself in your local market.

What You’ll Do As a Loan Originator

• Build your pipeline by connecting with local buyers, real estate agents, and your personal network
• Learn how to guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing
• Collect and submit loan applications and required documentation accurately
• Communicate clearly with clients so they feel confident throughout the process
• Work closely with processing, underwriting, and leadership for smooth closings
• Stay compliant with all federal and state mortgage regulations (we will help train you)
• Represent A-Z Lending in your local community and begin building your personal brand

• Active NMLS license (We can help!)
• Local to the market with a strong desire to grow relationships in the community
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn — no prior production required
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Good communication skills and comfort working with people
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in building a long-term career in mortgage lending
