Private Investments Director

Windancer Holdings, LLC is an investment firm focused on active, high conviction investing with flexible, long-term committed capital. We evaluate public and private investments on an opportunistic and unconstrained basis. This is an opportunity to join a small team of investment professionals investing permanent capital focused on building a high-performing investment organization.

Windancer created its Long-Term Capital Partnerships program to invest in great Ohio businesses and keep them locally owned and operated. We take a different approach than private equity: fewer investments, greater selectivity, and no traditional fund restrictions. We truly partner with business owners. We take a people first approach.

Key responsibilities include finding private companies to acquire or invest through relationship building.

The role is based in Dayton, OH.
