- Provide strategic advice, messaging, and road mapping for Foreign Material Exploitation (FME) and T2 initiatives across the DoW, IC, and FME enterprise
- Develop strategic roadmaps and high-level messaging for senior leaders (GO/SES)
- Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities across the DoW, IC, and FME enterprise landscapes
- Assist the Government in monitoring program cost, schedule, and performance targets
- Develop and maintain overviews of management activities, in-process projects, and innovation activities
- Assist in developing program messaging and maintaining the strategic plan
- Facilitate senior leader and Foreign Materiel Program community engagements to garner broader support for the T2 program
- Organize, document, and track T2 engagements, ongoing projects, and potential plans using MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
- Research alternative contracting vehicles and identify funding resources
- Support drafting solicitation materials
- Track subcontractor development projects and vendor progress
- Translate complex technical concepts into high-level messaging for General Officers and Senior Executive Service members
- Must be a US citizen
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering
- 10 years experience with DoW or similar programs
- Proven ability to provide strategic advice and recommendations on mission-critical issues
- Prior senior advisory experience in DoW or IC
- Strong briefing skills for senior stakeholders
- Ability to apply deep understanding of DoW, IC, and FME enterprise landscapes
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps and high-level messaging
- Experience monitoring program cost, schedule, and performance targets
- Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
- Knowledge of alternative contracting vehicles such as OTAs and IDIQs
- Ability to identify funding resources and track subcontractor and vendor progress
Demonstrates expertise in providing strategic advice and developing high-level messaging for senior leaders within the DoW, IC, and FME enterprise. Proficient in monitoring program performance and facilitating engagements to support mission-critical initiatives.
