As a Resident Admissions Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in welcoming new residents into the Eldercare community. You’ll manage residential enquiries and applications with accuracy, efficiency and genuine care - ensuring every person feels supported from their very first interaction with us.
With your exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, you’ll guide applicants and their families through a seamless admissions process, connect them with suitable vacancies and provide clear communication and compassionate support during what can be a significant life transition. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth, positive and professional experience for every resident entering aged care at Eldercare.
