• Education
  :
  Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in pediatric or developmental settings. Familiarity with parent-mediated or play-based interventions (e.g., PLAY Project preferred)
• Citizenship
  :
  Must be a U.S. citizen
• Licensure/Certification
  • National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Must have or obtain certification in P.L.A.Y. Project (Play and Language for Autistic Youngsters) within 6 months of hire
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice Occupational Therapy in any U.S. state or territory

• Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Administer standardized tools such as FEAS, CARS, Greenspan Growth Chart, and REEL
• Create individualized occupational therapy intervention plans and document child progress
• Provide parent coaching and deliver treatment using the PLAY Project methodology
• Address deficits in motor, cognitive, social, and emotional functioning using therapeutic activities and adaptive tools
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech-language pathologists, and social workers
• Communicate findings and recommendations in written reports and video-based feedback
• Travel monthly for TDY to remote MTF sites to support PLAY service implementation
• Participate in peer reviews, team meetings, and ongoing clinical training

• Hours of Performance:
  Duty hours will vary by position and location; typical duty hours are scheduled between 07:30-16:30, Monday through Friday. Hours are subject to change and may include nights and weekends (Variable shifts between 07:30-19:00 up to 2x/week);
  Monthly TDY travel (1 week)
