Sr. Access & Reimbursement Manager (Cincinnati, OH)

Responsibilities- Act as the point of contact for assigned customers with patient access and reimbursement needs.
- Identify, triage, and elevate customer issues to the appropriate internal or vendor teams and drive resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to address access and reimbursement needs across assigned customer groups/regions.
- Create and deliver high‑level training programs to the sales force on Eisai patient access issues and support programs.
- Proactively track payer trends and coordinate plans to maintain access for patients.
- Communicate current field access/reimbursement information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Educate external stakeholders such as physicians, administrators, case managers, and pharmacists on patient access matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred) with 8+ years of relevant experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
- Strong patient access or reimbursement experience; experience in distribution, patient support programs, and financial assistance preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. payer segments (Medicare, Medicaid, Federal, Commercial) and benefit coverage policies.
- Experience with medical and pharmacy benefits, coverage policies, and reimbursement.
- Proven performance in relevant roles.
Annual base salary range: $158,900 – $208,500. Eligible for Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan and Long‑Term Incentive Plan. Additional employee benefits are available; for more information, visit the company compensation page.
