Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensure/Certification /Registration- Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio.
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum Level of Experience
Required:
No prior job-related experience necessary. - Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of relevant job experience.
