Premier Health - - Responsibilities:
Act as an effective liaison between the patient, surgeon/s, referring physician, and the surgical facility, for all aspects of pre-operative preparations;
Complete all pre-operative forms related to scheduling of procedures/surgeries and disperse to surgical facilities;
Document all patient encounters using appropriate medical terminology;
Coordinate necessary pre- and post-operative appointments and schedule coordination between offices;
Notify patients of all scheduled appointments; pre- and post-operative
