Job Overview
Position:
Physical Therapist
Location:
Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana
Schedule:
Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN (as needed). On‑site only, no remote or hybrid.
- Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard PT practices.
- Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers.
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
- Develop treatment plans describing strategies, purposes, and anticipated outcomes; include exercise regimens to be performed at the clinic and at home.
- Use modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling.
- Determine patients’ ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness.
- Maintain regular attendance on site during scheduled business hours or shifts.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
- Team player capable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical capabilities: carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking.
Weekly
Hours:
40 hours (flexible shifts available for PRN).
Hourly Rate: $42.66 – $65.82 (actual rate depends on experience).
