Advanced Foot & Ankle Care, a division of US Foot & Ankle Specialists, is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations across multiple office locations.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, improving clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating an exceptional patient experience. You'll partner closely with physicians, office leadership, and clinical staff to build a collaborative, high-performing culture while supporting operational excellence.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Lead, coach, and support Medical Assistants and clinical staff across multiple office locations.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new clinical team members and providers.
  • Create weekly staffing schedules and ensure appropriate clinical coverage.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and address performance concerns as needed.
  • Maintain and improve clinical workflows, protocols, and training programs to promote quality patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, MIPS, radiation safety requirements, and other regulatory standards.
  • Oversee X-ray compliance, equipment maintenance, inspections, and staff certification requirements.
  • Optimize EMR workflows, templates, documentation, and reporting to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Support specialty services, including PRP procedures, equipment management, and patient education.
  • Lead physician and staff meetings, communicate organizational updates, and foster collaboration across all locations.
  • Resolve patient concerns through effective service recovery and promote an exceptional patient experience.
  • Stay current on industry best practices through continuing education and professional development.
  • Perform Medical Assistant duties as needed and lead by example in supporting daily clinic operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years of medical practice leadership experience

4+ years managing teams of 7+ employees

Experience in physician practice operations

Strong knowledge of medical insurance, billing, and healthcare workflows

Experience with EMR/EHR systems

Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Commitment to HIPAA compliance, professionalism, and exceptional patient care
