Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Contract-to-Hire

Far Hills OBGYN in Dayton, OH is seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join their team on a 13-week contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a CMA who is passionate about patient care and looking for a long-term role in women's health.

The CMA will support providers in delivering high-quality care to patients, ensuring efficiency and a positive patient experience. If selected, candidates will complete an in-person interview with a job shadow to ensure the position is a great fit.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and reason for visit.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer injections and immunizations as directed.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR system.
• Provide patient education and answer basic clinical questions.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility standards.

Requirements:

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (required).
• Previous experience in an outpatient/OBGYN setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday schedule.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $18–$19/hour (based on experience)
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• Opportunity for permanent hire after 13-week contract
