Location: Dayton, Ohio and the Surrounding Suburbs
Schedule: Monday-Friday | School Hours (Typically 7 hour days)

Pay Rate: $55.00 / Hour
Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)(When available, ESS Clinical shares real assignment details early in the process)
- Conduct psycho educational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Collaborate on IEP development and progress monitoring
- Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK-12 opportunities)
- Work with 1–2 buildings when possible
- Collaborative teams including Intervention Specialists, SLPs, Counselors, and Administration
You’ll support students across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains while helping schools create environments where students can thrive.
Core Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments
- Collaborate on IEP development and progress monitoring
- Develop evidence-based interventions for students
- Provide individual and group counseling support as appropriate
- Support MTSS / RTI initiatives
- Partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
- Master’s or higher in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist license (state-specific)
- School-based experience preferred (newer professionals encouraged to apply - mentorship available)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting student growth and mental health
