A Home Health Aide career with Brookdale at Home is the job for you! Most of Brookdale's Private Duty Agency offices are located within a Brookdale Senior Living Community. Full‑time, part‑time and PRN positions are available, and same‑day interviews are possible.
Responsibilities- One‑on‑one companionship
- Non‑medical hands‑on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, and assistance with transfers
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Pet care
- Transportation to doctors’ appointments and errands
- Medication reminders
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Help with household chores such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes
- Provide direct care, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity
- Maintain proof of required certifications and training per state law

Base pay will be determined by applicant skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale supports associates on their path to U.S. citizenship by advancing naturalization (Form N‑400) application fees up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
