Are you compassionate, energetic, and looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference? We are seeking a Part-Time Activities Aide to join our team and help create a fun, engaging, and meaningful environment for our residents.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about improving the quality of life for others.

• Part-Time
• Weekend Availability Required
• Additional weekday hours may be available
• Skilled Nursing Facility Setting

• Assist with planning and conducting daily resident activities
• Lead games, crafts, exercise groups, bingo, holiday celebrations, and special events
• Encourage resident participation and social interaction
• Transport residents to and from activities as needed
• Develop positive relationships with residents and families
• Assist with decorating for holidays and facility events
• Help maintain activity supplies and equipment
• Document resident attendance and participation
• Support residents' emotional, social, and recreational well-being

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in activities, recreation, customer service, healthcare, or senior care is a plus but not required
• Friendly, compassionate, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout the shift
