Care Core at Mary Scott is looking for an energetic, compassionate Part-Time Activity Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors, bringing people together, and creating a fun and engaging environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:Assist with daily recreational and social activities
Encourage resident participation and engagement
Help plan games, crafts, events, celebrations, and group activities
Spend one-on-one time with residents as needed
Assist with setting up and cleaning up activities
Work closely with the Activities Director and other departments
Friendly, dependable, and outgoing personality
Compassion and patience when working with seniors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care or activities experience is a plus, but not required
Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
