A respected healthcare organization is seeking an accomplished Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead facility operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional resident care. This is a confidential opportunity for a strong leader who blends operational expertise with compassion and accountability.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD
  • Overall facility operations in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

  • Strategic planning and execution of programs aligned with governing body guidelines

  • Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives

  • Census growth, occupancy management, and fiscal performance

  • Survey readiness, customer satisfaction, and clinical collaboration

KEY IMPACT AREAS
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators alongside the Director of Nursing and department leaders

  • Analyze outcomes and implement corrective actions, education, or process improvements

  • Partner with the Business Office Manager to ensure financial stability and accountability

  • Lead structured leadership meetings focused on priorities, performance, and solutions

  • Serve as the public and professional spokesperson for the facility

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with residents, families, and staff

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting

  • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and long-term care operations

  • Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive results
