- Complete patient registration and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Coordinate insurance, billing, and financial information with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide outstanding customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in through check-out
- 1-2 years medical office experience preferred
- Experience with patient scheduling & EMR Systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Customer Service and Telephone skills
