- Perform all front‑desk related functions: check guests in/out, promote sales programs, maintain guest records, handle cash, etc.
- Audit the previous day’s receipts to verify and balance entries, run reports and verify accuracy of information.
- Assist with setup of breakfast, may include food preparation, set up, service and/or cleaning.
- Act as the only team member on property for the majority of the work shift; must be willing and able to work alone.
- Ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours.
- Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests in a professional manner.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests.
- Take written and verbal directions; speak and read English clearly.
- Relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner, providing a hospitable environment.
- Pay attention to detail; handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest services.
- Handle money, make change and utilize office machines in daily activities.
- Maintain the front‑desk lobby area clean and organized.
- Comply with hotel safety and security rules while caring for self, teammates, guests and property.
- Willing and able to work alone as scheduled; may be sole team member on property during shift at some locations.
