Front Desk Supervisor | Dayton AC Hotel

Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity to join our team at the AC Hotel Dayton, located in the Water St. District of Dayton, OH. This 134‑room hotel will have amazing views of the Dayton Dragons baseball stadium from its rooftop bar/restaurant and our guestrooms.

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience
• Process check‑ins, check‑outs, and payments accurately
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments
• Utilize hotel technology systems, guest messaging platforms, and mobile service tools
• Assist with daily reports, room status updates, and operational tasks
• Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, banking, restaurants, call centers, or other customer‑facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
