Shaner Hotels invites you to join Fairfield Inn & Suites as a Night Auditor. In this role you will ensure smooth overnight operations, handling guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and financial transactions while maintaining exceptional guest service.

• Manage late‑night check‑ins and check‑outs using hotel systems.
• Balance daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare detailed nightly reports for shift change and management.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold satisfaction standards.
• Assist with late‑night service requests in the lobby, kitchen, and front desk.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local attractions and points of interest.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
