• Welcome guests and create a warm, memorable first impression.
• Manage reservations and help maintain a smooth flow throughout the Tasting Room.
• Guide guests through their visit while delivering outstanding hospitality.
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Work closely with the Tasting Room Manager to ensure every guest leaves happy.
• Help maintain a beautiful, clean, and inviting space.
• Collaborate with your teammates to continually improve the guest experience.
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

• Naturally warm, outgoing, and enjoys connecting with people.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, wine, or creating memorable experiences.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• A positive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, eager to learn, and excited to expand their wine knowledge.
• A creative problem solver with strong communication skills.

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, or wine a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to obtain (or already possess) an OLCC Server Permit.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the day.

• Competitive hourly wage plus tips, commissions, and gratuities with earning potential of up to $23 per hour.
