Position Overview
Position Overview: The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical and engineering roles. This individual will work closely with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, engineering, aerospace, and defense-related positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with account managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements and project needs.
- Prepare and present qualified candidate profiles to clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
- Represent RGBSI Aerospace & Defense LLC with professionalism and integrity.
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within aerospace, defense, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as engineers, designers, program managers, technicians, and IT professionals.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools (Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience recruiting for DoD, aerospace OEMs, or Tier-1 suppliers.
- Familiarity with security clearance requirements.
- Knowledge of engineering terminology and technical skill sets.
- Prior experience in staffing or agency recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
