Physician Recruiter

IN-PERSON/HYBRID work arrangement: Candidates must live within approximately one hour driving distance to Dayton, OH.

Premier Health is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to join our Provider Recruitment Department. In this role, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts for physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties, including sourcing candidates, managing interviews, coordinating site visits, and guiding candidates through the offer and onboarding process. Your work directly supports the growth of our clinical teams and ensures our patients continue to receive high‑quality care throughout the Dayton, OH region.

As a key partner to service line leaders, practice managers, and medical staff, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Recruitment experience required
• 3 - 5 years of healthcare and/or provider recruitment experience preferred
• Familiarity with marketing/public relations techniques, especially sales
• Knowledge of the medical community preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Computer proficient with knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, databases
• Relationship building and recruitment with residents/fellows
