Recruitment Sourcer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to support our Accounting & Finance Division. This role is critical in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for a variety of finance and accounting positions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and passionate about talent acquisition, with a strong ability to uncover and attract both active and passive candidates in a competitive market.

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for accounting and finance roles using various platforms (Linked In, job boards, databases, networking, and social media)
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to assess interest, availability, and general qualifications
• Pre-screen candidates to evaluate experience, technical skills, and cultural alignment
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
• Stay current on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor activity within the accounting and finance sector
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent mapping efforts

• 1–3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within accounting, finance, or professional services
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance roles (e.g., Staff Accountant, CPA, Financial Analyst, Controller, etc.)
• Proven experience using sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and other databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset

• Experience working in a staffing agency or recruiting firm
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
