Job SummaryCredence has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing and screening active and passive talent, determining qualifications against open requisitions, submitting candidates to hiring managers for review, as well as supporting the overall administrative hiring processes. This position will work hybrid out of the Dayton Area reporting to HQ Corporate in McLean, VA.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Credence Hiring team to identify immediate and future staffing needs, job duties and requirements.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies using a variety of resources to identify and develop candidates for hiring needs of the organization.
- Post job advertisements, utilize social media resources to network available opportunities and build candidate pipelines, attend job fairs, and maintain applicant tracking system with documentation on all candidates and candidate sourcing.
- Review and screen online job applications, utilize various databases to source and review resumes, identify potentially qualified candidates, initiate contact with and interview interested candidates, and send suitable matches to hiring managers.
- Provide strategic support to the business development/capture efforts by identifying candidates and companies supporting specific programs or customers.
- Provide support to proposal efforts by engaging with targeted candidates to determine qualifications and obtain required documentation, as well as providing pricing realism for execution and delivery post‑award.
- Bachelor's degree is required. At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience recruiting for IT‑focused positions and skill sets, to include, but not limited to:
- UI/UX Developers
- AI/ML and Data Scientists/Engineers
- Dev Sec Ops Developers
- Service Now Developers
- Front End Java Developers
- Cloud Network Engineers
- Solution Data Architect
- Sr. Software Engineers
- Cybersecurity Engineers
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for security clearance positions within the DoD, Intel and Civilian Federal contracting environment.
- Experience with MS Office Suite of applications.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge of DoD security clearance requirements and proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and best practices.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster a collaborative teamwork environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Willingness to travel, as necessary.
- Capability to occasionally lift 10–20 pounds.
