This role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding hiring manager needs to ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. You will actively source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates while continuously optimizing recruitment strategies. Success involves meticulously tracking progress, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering strong connections with both candidates and new hires.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements.
• Cultivate a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Manage and prioritize multiple recruitment pipelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing demands.

• Expertise in working with an ATS.
• Strong project management and agency management skills.
• Outstanding networking and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
• The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize.
• A high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Savvy with the latest tech and tools.

Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within logistics or fulfillment environments, is preferred.
