Job description - Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of supporting Android and iOS systems. The successful applicant will play a vital role in the go-live process, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal system performance.

• Utilize data analysis skills to identify and address system performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies.
• Provide technical support for system users, including training and documentation.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest system updates and patches to ensure optimal system performance.

• Experience supporting Android and iOS devices
• Familiarity with health information management and data management principles
• Worked in healthcare
• Field Service experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
