About the RoleAs a Data Analyst in Eldercare’s IT Data Team, you’ll support the organisation’s business intelligence, reporting and data platform needs. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into reliable, scalable data solutions. The role includes maintaining a modern data platform leveraging Microsoft Fabric, building ELT pipelines, improving data systems and processes, and ensuring timely, high-quality information across the business.
You’ll play a key role in uplifting Eldercare’s data capability by developing innovative data solutions that deliver meaningful insights. You thrive in a highly collaborative, agile team environment where the impact of your work is immediately visible. You’ll also contribute to the growth of Eldercare’s automation, integration and data governance capabilities, strengthening the data foundation that empowers clinical staff and business users with the insights they need to deliver better care outcomes.
WhatYou Will Bring
- Degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years’ experience across data modelling, engineering, analytics and visualisation
- Strong SQL, Python and ELT development skills
- Proficiency with Power BI (or Tableau)
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Azure ADF, Synapse or Databricks
- Clear communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good time-management
