Job Description Huntington Ingalls Industries, Mission Technologies (HII-MT) is seeking a qualified candidate for:
Project Manager, Organizational Support. The ideal candidate has a solid administrative background with specific strengths in decision-making, customer relationships and coordination, organization, space management, creating training projects and rapid solutions involving multiple groups/organizations. This position will work closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to rapidly advance mission support through organization, planning and resourcing. This individual must be able to work with technical experts to define requirements and manage resources efficiently to include subcontractors.

* Outstanding ability to proactively communicate via telephone, text and email with stakeholders in remote locations
* Proven demonstration of the ability to identify the sufficient level of detail needed to make significant project decisions and quantify and communicate that rationale to stakeholders

Job Responsibilities Responsible for providing mission support to include Project Management (PM) oversight to a single customer requiring coordination of project requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors. Directs all phases of projects from inception through completion. Create and implement a training project to support an aggressive growth strategy. Acts as primary customer contact for project activities and training, leading project and training review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the project while focusing on employee morale and welfare for the overall organization.
