Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics & Systems: You will act as a technical and compliance bridge for the supply chain organization, especially as we migrate to a cloud-based ERP system. This role is designed for a data-driven professional who thrives on owning the systems they analyze and confidently leading high-stakes live audits with external partners.
Key Responsibilities- System Administration & Integrity:
Oversee day-to-day administration of certain supply chain systems (e.g., SAP and SAP Ariba), managing user accesses, supporting various systems implementations, and driving system-wide process improvements. - 'Live' Audit Leadership:
Conduct 'live' walkthroughs and audits in front of Deloitte auditors, demonstrating system controls and real-time data accuracy. - Audit Documentation:
Meticulously document audit results, prepare management responses, and track corrective action plans to mitigate compliance risks. - Advanced Data Analytics:
Leverage SQL, Python, or R (or self-service tools like Tableau Prep & Alteryx) to analyze large, complex datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and efficiency opportunities. - Reporting & Visualization:
Design and maintain interactive Tableau or Google Looker dashboards to translate complex systems metrics into actionable insights for leadership. - Cross-Functional Liaison:
Serve as a technical interface between IT, Master Data, Internal Audit, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure system rules align with business requirements.
- Educational & Work Background: BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- System Mastery:
Experience with ERP software systems and/or functional support and troubleshooting (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). - Compliance Expertise:
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and experience managing external audit reviews. - Analytics & Data Visualization:
Strong analytic and reporting skills as well as proficiency in creating reports using tools like Tableau or Google Looker. - Professional Communication:
Ability to present technical findings and system logic clearly to executive stakeholders and auditors. - Strong organizational and project management skills & Collaborative mindset.
- System Mastery:
Experience with software system administration and/or functional support and troubleshooting on SAP products including Ariba & 'S/4
HANA'. - Audit Controls:
Purchasing & Governmental SOX Audits, 'live' audit controls. - Data Cleansing: SQL, or Python, or Tableau Prep, or Alteryx.
- Data Visualization:
Tableau or Google Looker. - Digital Process Automation: UIPath or other scripting/macro technologies.
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $87,600.00 - $ per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs. For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
