WiSC Enterprises is seeking a Technical Program Manager (SME) to provide senior-level leadership, oversight, and program management expertise for complex government initiatives. This role supports project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting across the full life cycle of technical programs, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and compliance with government standards.
Responsibilities- Provides expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and information technology programs.
- Applies knowledge to technical and administrative activities to include preparation of acquisition documents, schedules and milestone charts.
- Monitors contract cost/schedule/performance and oversees functional managers to achieve project goals.
- Develops and presents briefings to senior customer personnel.
- Possesses sufficient writing skills to prepare and generate technical reports and other documentation pertinent to the position.
- Deep understanding of air, space, and missile systems, foreign aerospace capabilities, or emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of DoD/USAF acquisition processes, system lifecycle, and technical requirements.
- Ability to evaluate complex technical data and translate into actionable recommendations.
- Capable of performing trade studies, capability assessments, and threat analysis.
- Provide decision‑support to senior leadership using technical, operational, and programmatic insights.
- Experience advising on requirements, system architectures, and technical trade‑offs.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders, including government, contractors, and IC partners.
- Experience with advanced data analytics, AI/ML, or predictive modeling applied to aerospace or intelligence problems.
- 10 years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or similar programs/projects.
- Familiarity with modeling, simulation, and technical analysis tools (STK, MATLAB, COMSOL, ANSYS, Python, R).
- Proficiency in intelligence databases and tools (M3, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, Remote View).
- Doctorate degree in a field relevant to the functional area.
- Or twenty (20) years of work experience may be substituted for a Doctorate; or sixteen (16) years of work experience plus a Bachelor’s degree; or twelve (12) years of work experience plus a Master’s degree may be substituted for a Doctorate.
- Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
