*** Lead and develop a multinational team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while owning critical OKRs and performance management.
* Spearhead the end-to-end administration of warranty cases, service orders, and returns, ensuring audit-ready data governance and precise validation.
* Drive global return inventory performance by optimizing refurbishment cycles, controlling vendor spend, and hitting aggressive margin targets.
* Revolutionize workflows by implementing AI-enabled automation to reduce cycle times, eliminate rework, and streamline escalation paths.
* Partner with cross-functional Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment teams to resolve product failures and facilitate swift global shipments.
** Essential Skills & Experience
*** 5+ years of leadership experience in warranty, claims, or reverse logistics management within a global or distributed team environment.
* Proven track record of optimizing complex workflows and using root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
* High proficiency in CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and Oracle, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate international regulations and diverse organizational interfaces.
