We’re looking for an entry level IT person to provide basic help desk function; create users, reset passwords, assist with basic troubleshooting.
Must have- CompTIA Security + Certification (or equivalent)
- TS/SCI or be able to upgrade SECRET
- User Administration via Active Directory, Keycloak, Local Accounts, IAM Permissions and Roles
- Understanding of RBAC and ABAC concepts
- Basic Windows Administration
- Basic understanding of Cloud and Virtualization concepts
- At least 60% of their work hours would need to be onsite to support onboarding of users into our classified regions.
- 100% of their work hours they would need to be available and responsive to the customers via phone, teams, email.
