Dayton Regional STEM School is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to join the DRSS IT team in Dayton, Ohio. The role supports daily use of school technologies, including computers, AV equipment, and network connectivity in a K-12 environment.
The technician will document all interactions in the service management system, detailing issues, troubleshooting steps, communications, assets, and resolutions. A proactive problem-solver who follows protocols and seeks improvements is preferred.
