EplC Project Manager / Federal It Pm

As an EPLC Project Manager / Federal IT PM, you will play a pivotal role in driving IT modernization and project success for federal agencies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project management support aligned with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) requirements
- Developing and maintaining management plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and governance activities across project work streams
- Coordinating technical, security, data, and stakeholder activities to facilitate project execution
- Managing project risks, mitigation strategies, deliverables, and status reporting
- Supporting bi‑weekly and monthly reporting requirements and project management artifacts
- Overseeing transition planning and deliverable tracking activities
- Collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ensuring adherence to federal governance, documentation, and compliance requirements
