Premier Health - 1 Wyoming Street - Responsibilities:
Evaluate and coordinate daily language interpretation requests to ensure interpreter services for limited English proficiency and deaf patients;
Schedule appointments with language vendors;
Perform as a medical interpreter for Spanish-speaking patients when assigned;
Maintain an accurate log of interpreting services concerns/requests and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements;
Provide occasional clerical support to the Integrated Care Management Department, including ordering supplies and processing maintenance requests
