Attorney

Full-time associate attorney in Dayton, Ohio with emphasis on civil litigation. Collegial environment with opportunity for direct client responsibility and unlimited professional growth. Direct responsibility for all phases of civil litigation from case intake through trial. Work directly with administrative staff, paralegals and partners. Direct report to partners.

• 1-5 years’ experience;
• Current license to practice law in Ohio or ability to become licensed in Ohio;
• Litigation experience and interest in civil litigation;
• Excellent academic credentials;
• Excellent research and writing skills;
• Ability to work independently and efficiently;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including excellent verbal communication;
• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail;
• Commitment to maintain high degree of confidentiality;
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications as well as document, time entry, and web-based research;
• Consistent ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to analyze tasks, recommend and implement improvements, and anticipate future need;
