The firm is seeking an attorney with direct experience practicing in estate planning, elder law, and/or probate administration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing client relationships, drafting sophisticated planning documents, and guiding families through complex estate and incapacity matters.

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
• Advise clients on advanced planning strategies, asset protection, and long-term care planning
• Handle probate and estate administration matters from initial filing through closing
• Assist with guardianship and related court proceedings
• Provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented counsel to individuals and families
• Maintain strong client communication and manage matters efficiently

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio
• Experience practicing in estate planning, elder law, and/or probate administration
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a growing practice
