Job Title:
Corporate Counsel

Job Summary:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.

• Assist with litigation and internal investigations.

• Conduct legal research to support business operations and legal compliance.

• Support senior counsel in providing legal advice on compliance, risk evaluation, and dispute resolution.

• This is a full-time, in-person position based in Moraine, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze contracts in collaboration with functional departments, ensuring critical issues are addressed.

• Conduct legal research to assist senior counsel in providing practical guidance on compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.

• Assist with litigation, internal investigations, and related legal matters.

• Support legal compliance training initiatives across the organization.

• Perform other duties as assigned by senior corporate counsel. (Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.)

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar license; preference given to Ohio, South Carolina, Michigan, or Illinois.

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, preferably in employment law or commercial litigation.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in Chinese and membership in the Ohio Bar are a plus.
