Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury (Dayton, OH)

A high-performing, statewide personal injury law firm is seeking a driven Attorney to join its growing litigation team in Dayton. We're looking for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment and has the confidence to manage a robust caseload while delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Do:

• Negotiate favorable settlements for clients, including addressing liens and finalizing resolution terms
• Supervise and mentor legal support staff to ensure efficiency and consistency in case handling
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Build compelling damages narratives through detailed investigation and documentation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across offices to achieve firm-wide litigation goals

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar
• 2-5 years of experience handling personal injury matters (plaintiff or defense)
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive negotiation style
• Familiarity with litigation software-experience with Needles is a plus
• Prior insurance defense or claims handling experience is highly valued
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital workflows
• Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
