Inventory Coordinator- Main Campus- Day Shift

Schedule:

Full time (40 hours per week)
Shift: Monday – Friday (no weekends or holidays)

• Order supplies for Outpatient Surgery.
• Collaborate with Surgical Services Managers and Team Leaders to identify supply/inventory improvement opportunities.
• Oversee daily purchase and distribution activities of operating room (OR) materials and supplies.
• Work with sterile processing to minimize excess inventory.
• Act as liaison between purchasing, sterile processing, and OR staff for inventory control.
• Receive supplies, equipment, and special orders for Surgery, verifying accuracy, distributing supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory reports and records.
• Coordinate closely with the surgery buyer in the Purchasing Department.
• Serve as liaison among OR, Materials Management, and Central Sterilizing to procure equipment, supplies, and new products as required by surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff.
• Manage inventory related to picking products, replenishing, requisitioning, shipping, and receiving.
• Conduct duties beyond the supply room, extending to all areas of the hospital.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain preferred.
