We are seeking a talented Buyer/ Planner to join our team. The Buyer / Planner is responsible for the materials Buer and planning, procures goods to support the continuous flow, delivery of product to the customer at the highest quality and lowest cost.

• Assigned portfolio of items, optimize inventory level across multiple distribution centers and achieve customer on time delivery goals.
• Issue purchase orders, work orders to support the distribution plans, meeting customers’ requirements. Working directly with assigned suppliers to obtain delivery and availability information.
• Review site-level demands forecasts by utilizing SKU and analytics to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Maintain accurate system data, such as billing of materials, purchase cost, lead times, etc.
• Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and coordinate disposition of non-conforming material.

• 3 years’ experience in material planning, procurement, or demand planning.
• 3 years’ experience in computerized ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• 3 years’ experience in distribution environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
• Associate degree in business or supply chain or equivalent experience.

• Having extensive knowledge of material planning and inventory management.
• Demonstrating attention to detail, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, easily adapt to changing situations, and work well under pressure.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to work and collaborate with teams in other various disciplines.
