1st shift - Maintenance Support Associate

Supports the Maintenance and Facilities teams by performing light maintenance, cleaning, and general facility upkeep. Ensures a safe, clean, and organized work environment while assisting with basic material handling and support tasks.

• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, storage rooms, and maintenance cages.
• Move and stage tools, parts, and materials safely.
• Perform simple upkeep tasks such as replacing lights, painting, or removing old equipment.
• Use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Support maintenance and inventory teams with general labor as needed.
• Assist with janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal oversight.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and safe lifting practices.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.
• Prior industrial or janitorial experience preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to dangerous chemicals, including exposure to fumes or airborne particles below OSHA permissible limits. Frequently exposed to high heat and humid conditions. Employee will be frequently exposed to loud sounds, below the OSHA permissible limits.
